Feline Production ("we") designs and 3D prints hobby goods in Jakarta, Indonesia. This notice explains what personal data our website collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why

When you browse our website

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages and products are viewed, which buttons are tapped (for example "Chat on WhatsApp"), what is searched, the type of device and browser, approximate location (city level) and how you reached us (for example an Instagram ad or link). Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We use this information to improve our products and website and to see which of our ads work.

Only if you tap "Accept"

We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: which ads lead to product views, searches and WhatsApp chats. The Pixel uses cookies and shares this activity with Meta. If you tap "Decline", the Pixel does not run.

When you chat with us on WhatsApp

Our buttons open WhatsApp with a message already typed (for example the product name). The message contains no tracking codes. When you send it, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the messages you send, so we can answer your questions and handle your order. To complete an order we may ask for your name, delivery address and payment confirmation.

We do not sell your personal data. Our website has no account sign-up, no forms and no online payment.

Legal basis

  • Website analytics (Google Analytics): our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website and products.
  • Meta Pixel: your consent, given by tapping "Accept". You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Chats and orders: to answer your request and to fulfil our agreement with you.

Who receives your data

  • Google (Google Analytics), Meta (Meta Pixel and WhatsApp): their servers may be outside Indonesia.
  • Cloudflare hosts our website and processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages securely.
  • Couriers and payment providers, only the details needed for your order.

How long we keep it

  • Google Analytics keeps detailed event data for 14 months, then deletes it.
  • Meta Pixel data is kept according to Meta's policies.
  • Chat and order records are kept for as long as needed for the order, customer service and our bookkeeping, up to 5 years.

Your choices and rights

  • Change your cookie choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop using it, or to withdraw your consent. Contact us at the details above; we will reply within 14 days.
  • If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.

Children

Our website is meant for visitors aged 15 and over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before ordering from us or accepting cookies.

Changes

We may update this notice when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
